All information you provide must be truthful and accurate. You must represent a legitimate entity you have the right to represent. You may not impersonate any artist, band, public figure, or other person without their explicit written authorization. Creating a fraudulent band profile constitutes impersonation and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
You may only upload images you own or hold an explicit license for. Images must not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or right of publicity. Images depicting individuals without consent or containing obscene, offensive, or illegal content will be rejected. GigstaJam uses AI-assisted review to screen all uploaded images. Users remain solely responsible for all content they attempt to upload.
You retain ownership of original content you create. By submitting content you grant Frankenterprise a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it solely for platform operation. You are solely responsible for all content you submit.
Frankenterprise does not independently verify the identity or authenticity of any artist or band account. Fans engage with band content entirely at their own risk. Frankenterprise is not liable for harm arising from a fan's reliance on band-provided information. Any user who creates a fraudulent profile accepts full personal legal liability for harm caused to fans who rely on that information.
GigstaJam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Frankenterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frankenterprise from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, impersonation, or unauthorized use of any intellectual property.
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the DMCA. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated. To file a DMCA notice contact legal@gigstajam.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent information, infringing content, or any activity harmful to the platform or its users.
